How To Deal With The Failure Of Rubber Seals in Submersible Pumps?

Leave a message

In the maintenance of submersible pumps, if the rubber seals used are found to be ineffective, generally speaking, they cannot be used anymore. Instead, new rubber seals should be replaced to ensure the reliability of the submersible pump seal.
At the same time as replacing the new rubber seal early, carry out corresponding repairs on the parts that match the rubber seal. If the rubber oil seal is damaged, the worn part of the shaft neck should be repaired while replacing the rubber oil seal;
1. If the wear on the surface of the shaft neck of a submersible pump is not significant, it can still be used after slight treatment of the shaft neck surface.
2. Spray coating method, if there is considerable wear on the surface of the journal, but the depth of the worn area is not more than 1mm, the oxygen acetylene alloy powder spraying method can be used to repair the worn area of the journal.
3. If the wear on the surface of the journal is deep, the worn part of the journal should be appropriately reduced and a steel sleeve should be made to fit it.
