Smart Manufacturing for the Future
In 2022, to meet growing market demand, Dafu invested 2.2 billion RMB in Yushan County, Jiangxi Province, to establish a new intelligent manufacturing base. The first phase covers 300 acres, and the second phase 200 acres, including 10 automated molding lines and advanced workshops. Once completed, the new facility will achieve an annual production capacity of 7 million intelligent water pumps and officially started construction in early 2023.
Covering a total area of 200,000 square meters, the factory employs over 1,000 staff members and includes more than 200 R&D specialists. With 2,800 sets of advanced testing and manufacturing equipment from both domestic and international suppliers, Dafu has established an industry-leading type test laboratory and the Shangrao Enterprise Technology Center. The company has applied for over 30 patents, ensuring continuous innovation and competitive strength.
