Why does a submersible pump produce vibration?

The severe shaking during the operation of the submersible pump is mainly related to the balance of the submersible pump impeller and motor rotor, as well as mechanical reasons:
1. The motor rotor is unbalanced. The solution is to disassemble the motor and perform dynamic balancing on the motor rotor again.
2. The impeller of the submersible pump is unbalanced. The solution is to re balance the impeller of the submersible pump.
3. Bending of the shaft is a serious fault situation that can cause uneven air gap in the motor, worsen the bearing capacity of the shaft, and even cause friction between the stator and rotor of the motor, resulting in severe shaking during the operation of the submersible pump. Immediate maintenance should be carried out to straighten the bent shaft.
4. If the bearings are worn, the solution is to replace the damaged rolling bearings, water lubricated bearings, and shaft sleeves.
5. If the flange and bolts are loose, the solution is to tighten the loose bolts to make the flange connection firm.
