A horizontal submersible pump is a water lifting equipment that is directly connected to the motor and water pump, and the pump body is submerged in the water to work. What is the wiring method for a horizontal submersible pump? Let's take a look together:
1. Peel off the outer sheath and main insulation layer of the horizontal submersible pump cable, exposing the copper wire 35-40mm. Trim the rubber near the wire core into a cone, polish the oxide layer on the wire core clean, and use alcohol (or hydrochloric acid) to wipe the wire core and the insulation layer and sheath layer to be wrapped, and let them dry naturally.
2. Joint
Power cables, PVC adhesive tapes, self-adhesive butyl rubber tapes φ 1mm copper wire, solder, and lead out cable.
3. Prepare a 500W soldering iron, rosin, solder, 1mm bare copper wire, and insulation tape.
4. Tie the cable core evenly with bare copper wire, heat and solder with an electric soldering iron, and ensure uniform penetration. Repair the welded part with a file and level it, then wipe the area to be wrapped with alcohol again and let it dry.
5. First, use self-adhesive butyl tape to partially overlap three layers and gradually extend towards the outside of the wire core. When wrapping, the tape must be stretched by 200%, and the outer layer should be wrapped in three layers of PVC tape, gradually extending outward to ensure that the wrapped part is not less than 200mm.
When connecting three core cables, the positions of the three joints should be staggered by a certain distance to prevent short circuits.
7. Wiring method for dual lead cables:
1) After connecting the cable, shake the insulation resistance between the cable and the motor (without adding water), and the value should not be less than 150 megaohms;
2) After filling the motor with water, the insulation resistance of the motor winding should not be less than 40 megaohms when shaken again;
3) Perform an electrical test on the steering wheel (for no more than 2 seconds) and mark the corresponding positions;
