During installation, the user needs to connect the cable themselves, so the cable connection must be correct, otherwise it will have a significant impact on the use of the submersible pump. When connecting cables, it is important to pay attention to the accuracy of the method, otherwise it will have a significant impact on the use of deep well submersible pumps. Wiring method for deep well submersible pump:
1. Remove the insulation layer and do not damage the conductor. Exposed copper wire 35-40mm, not exceeding 60mm, with three wires staggered in length. Scrape off the insulation film of the conductor to ensure that there is no oil, water, or other debris at the joint.
2. Divide the joint into several strands (not less than 6 strands) and evenly distribute them. Cross the two joints together, and the length of the fork should be aligned with the insulation layer at both ends.
3. Combine the strands together and wind them from one strand in the middle to one end, while winding the other end in the same way. If possible, tightly wrap the joint with pliers. Hang the joint with tin for better results.
4. First, wrap the wound part in two layers with ordinary black tape, which is very important. Wrap three layers with non drying tape (black), squeezing each layer by hand to ensure the quality of the package. Then wrap two layers with plastic insulation tape.
5. First, organize the small joints and wrap them in 5 layers (not less than 4 layers) with pressure-sensitive tape, with a cable sheath of at least 25ml. Wrap 3 layers with plastic insulation tape, with both ends extending approximately 5 millimeters beyond the previous layer. To prevent friction between the dressing layer when going down the well, use a 50mm wide and appropriately long bicycle inner tube, file both sides flat, apply glue, and wrap a protective layer around the joint.

After wrapping the joint, it is necessary to soak it in room temperature water for 12 hours, measure the insulation, and enter the well only after meeting the requirements.

When wrapping each joint, the tape wrapping layer must extend more than 5 millimeters beyond the previous layer.
